Q. Can fingerprints be taken from anyone?
A. Yes, we can take a print from any age, but the older the person the better print. Babies will leave more of an impression of the finger than a print, but every fingerprint is unique, so each piece of jewellery will be unique to that person.

Q. Is the kit easy to use?
A. Yes. The kit is very simple and only takes a few minutes of your time. We send you step by step instructions and pictures for you to follow.

Q.What if the print is unsatisfactory?
A. We send you enough moulding for two fingerprint impressions (we will use the best one). If we are not happy with the impression we will send you another kit for free!

Q. Can I order another piece of jewellery at a later date, using the original impression?
A. Yes. After we have made your jewellery, the impression is yours to keep.

Q. How long does it take to make the jewellery?
A. Allow 14 to 21 days from when we receive the print.
